Jabajak Vineyard Restaurant with Rooms is a 5 star restaurant situated in a tranquil 5-acre vineyard amidst the countryside of Carmarthenshire in the heart of West Wales
Jabajak follows a simple food philosophy of using the best fresh seasonal produce sourced locally or grown on site wherever possible and cooked to create a mouth-watering and delicious selection of dishes such as local Pont Gar cheese bruchetta baked then served on Jabajaks own salad with gooseberry and elderflower chutney, or line caught Pembrokeshire sea bass, filleted and served with a butter, orange and caper sauce - a truly local Welsh afair.
Most of the salad and herb ingredients and selected vegetables are grown on-site, including an irresistable range of edible flowers and of course grapes which in 2010 will be utilised in Jabajks own wines. Hence becoming a long awaited addition to a truly international wine list of over 80 wines from small vineyards that only hand harvest and have well recognised credentials as demonstrated in wine tasting.
