The restaurant has been awarded 2AA rosettes for 5 years running and has a reputation for excellence with food lovers who return to savour the inspiring menus and use of local produce. Low food miles are an integral and important feature of the menus including herbs and salad greens from our own kitchen garden.
Lampeter and the county of Ceredigion offers a rich larder, providing lobster, crab, sea bass, sewin, Welsh black beef and Welsh lamb. With neighbouring Carmarthenshire providing us with speciality cheeses and excellent cured ham.
LUNCHES and DINNERS will be served in either the Valley or Peterwells restaurant. Both offer views overlooking the Teifi valley towards Lampeter. Although we do not take bookings in the conservatory or terrace, you are very welcome to eat in either area (if available) on your arrival to The Falcondale.
