The Lion Inn is set in Gwytherin, a picturesque and tranquil village that feels a million miles away from the hectic pace of today’s modern life.

The restaurant uses Welsh ingredients wherever possible and everything is prepared by the chef Colin Jones, something of a celebrity in these parts. His aim is to always cook a treat for the palate that’s interesting, local, fresh (of course), but not too “posy”. All wines are hand-selected by Julia Harding, Master of Wines. You will definitely not find selections this fine in your local supermarket.
