There’s absolutely no pretension about Ian and Jay Bennett’s excellent little restaurant. Locals will tell you that this is some of the best food you can get in south-west Wales and they’d be right. At the Welcome to Town Inn, it’s all about what goes on the plate. And Ian Bennett, with a background that includes an apprenticeship at Michel Roux’s Waterside Inn, knows how to impress with his use of excellent local produce and a balance in the cooking that is the sign of a superb chef.

Closed Mondays and only open for lunch on Sundays. Every other day lunch is served 12noon-2pm and dinner is served 7pm-9.30pm.
