There has been an inn on this site for over 500 years now. And although much has changed in the Beaufort, the same principles of hospitality and good cheer have persisted down through the centuries. It’s a relaxed stylish venue in the heart of the historic town of Raglan with delightful rural views which can be enjoyed from the south facing terrace.

If you enjoy a beer, there is a wide selection of guest ales, Belgian beers and German lagers to choose from in the CAMRA rated bar. Here you can also sample the likes of a homemade steak and ale pie, braised oxtail or hake in beer batter, whilst the brasserie offers dishes such as fricassée of salmon, monkfish & smoked haddock cooked in a tarragon sauce or roast chicken with sautéed cabbage & pancetta, lemon thyme dumpling.

Minted asparagus & pea risotto, slovakian meatballs, crème fraiche & cucumber salad.

Fricassed salmon, hake, smoked haddock, taragon crème sauce & baked veg.

Beef & mushroom pie, mash &: smashed root veg.
