Jabajak is a five star Restaurant with Rooms offfering first class accomodation, food and hospitality. Set in its own grounds with most rooms overlooking the Vineyard.
The bedrooms are all individually styled with carved furniture and quality linen which drapes four poster beds. In addition there are three luxurious suites such as the private Grain Store Suite with oak floors, leather settees, roll top bath and dream shower. All guests have access to the exclusive lounge in the main house which has a cast iron wood burner within the inglenook, a baby grand piano and stunning hand made mediterranean artifacts collected by the owners on on their travels. Free Wi-Fi also provided.
At the heart of Jabajak is the Restaurant and lounge bar with its solid wood features and leather settees with all the areas having been beautifully converted from the original farm buildings with a mixture of stone and whitewashed walls. Carefully thought out atmospheric lighting and crisp white linen on the tables and candles create an intimate but relaxing atmosphere. The menu offers a mouthwatering choice of dishes based on good quality local ingredients. Finding wine that you like won't be a problem as there are over 80 wines on the list and your host will be able to recommend a bottle to suit your meal if required.
