Llandeilo is right in the cultural heart of Carmarthenshire and Ty Menyn is the perfect base for discovering it. It's hard to find a place to stay that has been created with a passion for Welsh traditions in mind. Owners James and Lisa sourced local materials and used local craftsmen when restoring the building. Their attantion to detail was such that they have even sourced Welsh illustrations, literature, cookery books and music for the interior.
There are three confortable and stylish en suite double bedrooms all created to make Ty Menyn your home away from home whilst on your holidays. And after a day exploring trhe Brecon Beacons and the surrounding area, you'll be able to chill out in the spacious living room complete with a comfortable sofa and TV to relax in Front of.
Everything has been created with visitors' comfort in mind, and it comes as no surprise that shortly after it opened in 2009, Ty Menyn was awarded a prestigious five star award and more recently cycling and walking awards from Visit Wales. And with James and Lisa next door you'll find it hard to find a warmer welcome too.
