This lovely old stone farmhouse situated in Cardigan Bay is now an excellent five star B&B. Run by a couple who are as passionate about providing an unparalleled service as they are about this gorgeous part of Wales, they can also provide delicious evening meals to order....all prepared with the finest local ingredients, naturally.

There's no shortage of picturesque delights in the vicinity with four acres of private grounds open for you to take a wander around. If you want to take in some refreshing sea air, you can't beat a stroll along one of the number of Natural Trust and Blue Flag beaches, or the Ceredigion Coastal Path. Moving inland, you will find a rustic patchwork of pretty fields and wild woods, criss-crossed by the crystal-clear babbling brooks that spring up from the surrounding hills. These springs give Ffynon Fendiagid its name – it means 'magnificent spring'.

On return to the farmhouse, you can unwind in the comfort of the guest sitting room or one of the cosy double bedrooms, whose luxuriousness belies the very reasonable price.
