Peter Jackson has long been established as one of the most talented chefs at work in Wales and particular pride is taken in making the most of the produce from the hotel’s own kitchen garden. Sumptuous sofas, antiques and country house elegance are the order of the day in the public rooms, whilst the bedrooms are marked out by their individuality and the obvious thought that has gone into guest comfort.
The hotel is set in no less than 85 acres of grounds including meadows, ponds and woodland, offering plenty of opportunity for a relaxed stroll before dinner.
