This lovely little cottage has seen four centuries come and go between the towering mountains and mile upon mile of empty Cambrian sands.  The pace of life and timeless surroundings offered by the Snowdonian village of Dyffryn Adrudwy have barely changed during that time.

If you like accommodation with a lot of character, look no further.  Many of the original features are intact and make up a large part of Y Felin's charm.  But beyond the traditional fittings you'll find a thoroughly modern set of facilities from a dishwasher, washing machine and power shower to cosy underfloor heating.

Of course, at some point you may want to tear yourself away from the cast iron log burner.  You may even make it past the four acres of private grounds.  And with no end of magnificent views to enjoy on foot, by car or in the saddle, you wont regret it when you do.  Not forgetting the historic local towns and castle are within easy reach too.  All in all choose Y Felin for an idyllic break from the norm amongst one of the Uk's last great wildernesses
