If your book is damaged or defective, return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it along with a printed copy of your confirmation email, and we will exchange for a replacement copy. We do not provide monetary refunds for goods and are unable to exchange items that are not damaged or defective outside the statutory 7 day cooling off period.
