If you’ve ever fancied learning how to surf, this is the place to go. Any surfer will tell you that there is something magical about harnessing the power of a wave to send you and your board careering towards the beach. Couple that sensation with the beauty of the Gower and you have a pretty special experience.
Gower Surfing Development is the only 4- star British surfing school in south-west Wales offering surf lessons and personal surfing development. All surf equipment is provided and the facility is open all year round (surfing in winter is especially invigorating). GSD offers surfing for everyone and for all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced level as well as corporate team-building events and multi- activity weekends for groups.
Indoor surfing lessons are also now available, learn to master the latest extreme sport of indoor wave riding with a SurfGSD instructor. All equipment is provided and photography and video footage of you taking the plunge into the wave is included.
