Byrn meadows is a golf course that you’ll find somewhat above par. It’s a 6,021 yard par 71 championship course with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. You’ll tee off onto the stunning Sirhowy Valley along mature tree-lined fairways. (Two holes you may particularly enjoy are the 2nd, a par 5 measuring 561 yards with your shot over water, and the 13th, a 213 yard par 3 over water.) The course is a delight, however high or low your handicap.
With an excellent sports bar and pro-shop, ideally located for use as a 'half way house' as it lies between the 9th green and 10th tee, guests and golfers can peruse and purchase equipment and accessories whilst enjoying a relaxing drink in the bar or on the sun terrace overlooking the golf course. The course is also available for corporate hire with suites of all sizes, from small private meetings to large events and presentations for up to 120 delegates. The 19th hole certainly lives up to the standard of the rest of the greens, the hotel restaurant and lounge bar provide the perfect venue to dine either in style or less formal, offering superb views, quality locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus.
