Prime livestock, goats, pigs and horses all make an appearance. There is also a marquee devoted to poultry, pigeons and rabbits, as well as falconry and ferret racing demonstrations.
Visitors can enjoy wandering around the 400 trade stands (with a shopping, an exhibition arcade and food hall), the produce marquee (featuring horticultural displays from competitors from all over the country) and the craft marquees.
Additional attractions include an international gundog trial, shire horse qualifying competitions for the Horse of the Year Show and sheep shearing demonstrations. An entertainment marquee hosts fashion shows and children's events.
