More than 100 speciality producers from Wales and the borders are on hand, selling everything from organic mushroom paté to fresh sushi and cheese. Abergavenny's Victorian Market Hall hosts masterclasses, competitions, debates and displays while for kids there is a dedicated Food Academy with special workshops.
