Kicking off on the Friday night with a funfair, the Big Cheese Race (part of the Great Cheese Olympics) and fireworks, the festival brings cheese producers from all over Wales together under one roof. Fun and games over the three days include a Welsh Craft Fayre, cheese rolling and sculptures, fire eaters, wandering minstrels, troubadours, hurdy-gurdies and bagpipers.
