Shot of Ynyshir Hall

Ynyshir Hall

Terry D - visited in March 2010

This is a very special place. It has the comfort (the beds are amazing) that you expect from a grand country house hotel but it also has a personal and friendly feel. I think that Ynyshir has two important ingredients - Joan Reen who is at once, great fun and a terrific host and the cooking of Shan Hughes with it's deserved Michelin Star. Thoroughly recommended as an indulgent treat.
