If you fancy a relaxing break away with a difference, this could well be for you. Quite simply, if you are a lover of good food, you may well have found your spiritual home. Let friendly gourmet virtuoso and chef to the great and the good, Penny Lewis, pass on her unsurpassed range of cooking skills and secrets with one of the tailor-made residential courses, which vary in length from 1 to 5 days.

Penny has created the most exquisite and exclusive cottage cookery school, running a wide variety of intimate courses for up to six students at a time – there is no better way to learn!  The fun and fabulous courses are hands-on days in her country kitchen suiting all types of people.  There is a wide range of courses from which to choose: days tailored for students who need to learn how to survive, men who want to impress, how to give a dinner party without any stress, how to make the most of seasonal ingredients and advanced techniques for those with more experience.  The beauty of any course is the unique atmosphere as you 'feel at home with Penny'.

The kitchen is, of course, very spacious and attractively furnished, boasting a comprehensive range of the finest quality equipment. However, the rest of the house doesn't suffer by comparison. The en suite bedrooms are decorated to the highest standards. If you fancy walking off some of the scrumptious delights you have been cooking up, then you are in luck. Blessed with a fabulous location beneath the majestic Black Mountains, the Culinary Cottage is well placed for forays into landscapes that are famous the world over for their beauty.
